These terms apply to physical merchandise sold by Cadenic Studios, operated by Wyatt McPherson, through Portage. They do not replace the separate terms or refund promises for Portage's digital tools and services.

Prices display their currency. Canadian and US market prices may differ. Review your items, size, delivery address, currency, shipping and applicable checkout taxes before paying. Import charges not collected at checkout may be due on delivery, as explained in our shipping policy.

Shopify handles checkout and payment. Printify and its print providers produce and ship the garments. We remain your contact for order support. Merchandise purchases help support Portage's free growth tools and do not purchase a software subscription.

Each garment is printed after ordering. Consult the garment measurements, material and care information before choosing a size. Product images are digital mockups; garment colour and print placement can vary slightly. This does not limit your right to receive products that match their description.

Our merchandise shipping and refund policies apply to your order. Contact us promptly about cancellations, address corrections, faults or delivery problems. Please contact us before returning anything; the mailing address above is not an automatically authorized returns destination.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Policy changes do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases.
